Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product, wrong personalisation)
  • The item was lost in transit (not delivered within 30 days of estimated delivery)

Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are custom-made and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at hello@gabrielmoments.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we will offer:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Free replacement of the item
  • Store credit

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
